Beyond the development and promotion of BIM technology, the firm also designed skills training courses and provides online training services.

The Problem

Both students and instructors found the existing live-stream training to be lacking in interactivity. Whenever a student hit a snag, the instructor had no means of remotely accessing the student’s computer to help resolve the issue.

Once the training was over, students had no opportunity for independent practice. Instructors couldn’t gauge how thoroughly students were absorbing the material, which ultimately resulted in weak training outcomes.
