Pricing
In Greece, there are four ways you can pay for DaDesktop:
- Public cloud – from 3 EUR per day
- Private server – from 10 EUR per day
- Reseller or bulk purchase – from 0.1 EUR per day
-
On-premise
Public Cloud
A basic Linux desktop with 8GB RAM, an 8-core CPU, and 50GB SSD storage starts at 3 EUR per day.
An additional 8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, and 50GB storage costs a further 3 EUR.
Windows machines add an extra 1 EUR daily. If you hold your own license, this charge is waived.
NB: The daily fee is calculated over 24 hours, beginning at midnight in the server's local time.
Private Server
For a predictable cost regardless of how many desktops you run or the resources assigned to a single desktop, you can buy an entire server.
When you own a server, you're limited only by its total resources, not by the number or sizing of individual desktops.

-
Purchase in bulk
On-premise
The standard on‑premise deployment rate is 6 EUR per core.

Courses
For Public Cloud and Reseller plans, course charges are invoiced to the Organization Owner based on the users who created desktops during the course period.
Trainers
- When a trainer is invited to a course, the Organization Owner will be billed for that course.
- If the trainer creates the course, the trainer bears the cost.
-
In short, the Organization Owner who creates the course is responsible for payment.
