Pricing

You can choose from four payment models when using DaDesktop:

  1. Public cloud (starting at 3 EUR per day)
  2. Private server (starting at 10 EUR per day)
  3. Reseller or volume pricing (starting at 0.1 EUR per day)
  4. On-premise

Public Cloud

A basic Linux desktop with 8GB RAM, an 8-core CPU, and 50GB of SSD storage is billed at 3 EUR per day.

For each additional upgrade of 8GB RAM, 8 CPU cores, or 50GB of storage, you will be charged an extra 3 EUR daily.

If you opt for a Windows environment, there is an additional fee of 1 EUR per day. However, this charge does not apply if you provide your own valid license key.

NB The daily billing period is calculated within a 24-hour window from midnight in the server's local time.

Private Server

If you prefer predictable fixed costs irrespective of the number of desktops or the specific resources allocated to each, you can opt for a dedicated whole server.

In this scenario, your limit is defined solely by the server's total resources, rather than per-unit fees. For further information, please get in touch with us.

Reseller or volume discounts

We offer significant savings of up to 80% for resellers and high-volume buyers.

This option is typically designed for organisations looking to:

  1. Integrate DaDesktop directly into their own products
  2. Resell the service to end-users
  3. Bulk purchase resources

On-premise

The standard rate for on-premise deployment is 6 EUR per core.

---

Case 3

  1. A user runs an Ubuntu desktop (8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, 50GB storage) for 1 hour

Total cost: 3 EUR

---

Case 4

  1. A user runs an Ubuntu standalone desktop (8GB RAM, 8 CPUs, 50GB storage) for 1 hour
