NobleProg Hosted Public Server

This service is hosted in a NobleProg data centre located within the EU, ensuring GDPR compliance. It operates as a shared environment for NobleProg clients, allowing NobleProg to access the resources.

If you opt for a server located outside the EU, local regulations may apply. For customers based in the UK, their data is retained within the UK.

NobleProg Hosted Private Server

Hosted within a NobleProg data centre in the EU, this is a dedicated server allocated exclusively to a single organization. No other entity will share or utilize this hardware.

Selecting a server located outside the EU may subject the data to local laws.

On-Premise Server

The server resides on the organization’s own premises. Once the software is installed, all data remains entirely under the organization’s control.

  • Access to DaDesktop requires account registration.
  • Upon registration, you will provide personal data such as your name, email address, username, and password.
  • This data is collected to enable service access and ensure the security of our platforms.
  • We may use your data to communicate with you regarding your account status.
  • Account data is retained for the duration of the account's active status.
  • You may cancel your account at any time; upon cancellation, your account data is removed.

 

  • Clients may choose to manage users themselves or request that NobleProg handle user management.
  • The server can be encrypted to prevent NobleProg from accessing the data.
  • No data is collected or stored by NobleProg.
  • NobleProg has no access to the data.

 

Training Room Data (including cloud desktop activity and chat function)

  • Activity within the Training Room may be monitored by the course instructor, training management, and our technical support team.
  • This monitoring allows us to allocate appropriate data resources, assist with issues, track course progress, and ensure adherence to our Terms of Service.
  • Our terms of use prohibit personal activities, such as social media usage, financial transactions, or personal web searches.
  • Data is deleted once the course is confirmed as completed.

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop features integrated audio and video capabilities.
  • This functionality is delivered via NobleProg's infrastructure rather than third-party software.
  • Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participants) may be recorded for troubleshooting. No audio is recorded. These recordings are deleted 14 days after course completion and are accessible only to NobleProg administrators with SuperAdmin privileges.
  • All collected and stored data is managed by the client.
  • Course Desktops and recordings may be captured for troubleshooting or other purposes (see Shared Server). These recordings are the client's responsibility and are automatically deleted after 14 days.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

  • Clients have the option to record the course desktop.
  • If recording is utilized, NobleProg stores the footage, which may be monitored. The account holder can specify when it should be deleted.
  • If the account is cancelled, all applicable recordings are removed.

Technical Support

When contacting us for technical support, you may need to provide personal data, including your name, employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason for support. We use this information to resolve your issue and to better understand common user challenges. All technical support is delivered internally by NobleProg.
