Cloud Hosting by DaDesktop

Public Cloud

The DaDesktop Public cloud runs on servers operated by DaDesktop.

These servers are shared, so different clients simultaneously access the same hardware.

Access is hassle-free, and you pay only for each day you use particular resources.

There’s no need to set up anything on your end — a web browser is all that’s needed to manage and connect to your desktops.

It’s a simple, no-strings-attached way to try out DaDesktop, requiring no upfront fees or long-term obligations.

Private Cloud

The DaDesktop Private cloud builds upon the Public cloud offering.

Every feature from the Public cloud is also present in the Private cloud.

Additionally, the Private cloud includes exclusive capabilities, such as LXC support, that are not found in the Public version.

Clients rent one or more dedicated servers directly from DaDesktop.

These servers are reserved solely for that client.

This guarantees that the needed resources are always on hand.

It also makes it easier to forecast costs.

Desktops originally set up on the Public cloud can be easily migrated to the customer’s dedicated servers.

Cloud on Cloud

The Cloud on Cloud model is a specialized type of Private Cloud.

Here, the servers or virtual machines come from an external cloud provider—think Amazon, Google, Aliyun, or similar vendors.

Availability of this option may vary based on the level of support offered by the third-party cloud provider.
