Working with Help Text Entries

The help text is editable by super administrators and pops up whenever a user hovers over the question mark symbol.

To edit help text for a specific item, simply click the question mark icon and then you can modify the description:

Any text that starts with https will automatically become a clickable link.

The Help Text feature lets you adjust the descriptions for different system labels, helping users understand the purpose of each field.
