Course Chat

Course Chat is a feature enabling trainers, participants, and support members to communicate about an ongoing course.  It forms part of the training room.

You can join the course chat by entering the training room.  Once inside, you’ll be prompted to join.

Whenever you want to open it later, just click the chat icon on the top right of the training room.

Clicking it opens the chat on the left, showing your course in the list.  You can turn on notifications (found at the top of the chat interface) so you’ll hear a sound each time a new message appears in the course chat.
