Course VPN
The Course VPN (CVPN) feature enables desktops to communicate directly with one another.
It replaces the older "Turn off network isolation" setting. When Network Isolation was disabled, desktops could only interact with others on the same server. Cross-server or cross–data centre communication was not supported.
With Course VPN, any desktop added to that course can communicate freely, irrespective of which server or data centre it’s located in.
This functionality is exclusively supported on Ubuntu and Windows 10. For other operating systems, the legacy "Turn off network isolation" option is still available.
The following screenshots display the CVPN interface as seen from the terminal, along with some additional properties of the connected network interface.
